For over 300 years, our Cantina has been the heart of Tuscan tradition. Here we guard carefully selected oils, wines, cheeses and cured meats, the result of collaborations with small producers and a continuous search for quality. Each product represents the best of the territory and the value of artisanal workmanship.
The winery’s offerings are designed to provide a complete experience. Cheeses, from the most vocated areas, are accompanied by fresh and dried fruits, honey and artisanal jams. The cured meats, from sausages to fine processes such as prosciutto under oak ash, tell the story of the mastery of Tuscan pork butchery.

From Poggio alla Malva, once a village of farmers and river fishermen, comes a history that spans the centuries. The Bottega Pecchioli, first mentioned as a storehouse of salt, oil and wine, has evolved into the beating heart of a community, chronicling the deep connection with the land and its people.
From the fords of the Arno River to the smell of fresh bread, from grains to the cured meats resting in its cellars, every corner of the Bottega breathes tradition. It is here that time has refined flavors and trades: tavern, bakery, commissary, and even post office and telegraph.
Today, as then, Bottega Pecchioli guards the soul of Poggio alla Malva. Fresh bread, Tuscan cigars, salt cod, olives and cured meats tell a story of excellence, where each product is an ode to the most authentic Tuscany.
